Creator Studio is a free dashboard on Facebook for managing your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
Anyone with Facebook Page access can use Creator Studio
You can schedule content in advance for your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
You can schedule and post content to multiple Facebook Pages and/or Instagram Business Accounts. This option is great for social media managers or if you have two or three profiles to update.
I prefer to schedule using the desktop version. This way I can access both Facebook and Instagram profiles.
You can download the Creator Studio app but it only gives you access to Facebook posts at this time. I do like using the app to see what’s scheduled for me and for my clients.
How to Schedule Posts with Creator Studio
When you’re using Facebook on your desktop computer, click the Creator Studio link in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Create New button at the top left.
- If you manage multiple Facebook accounts, choose the page.
- Create your post with a text caption, images, link, etc.
- Click the down arrow on the blue Publish button.
- Set the date and time you would like to schedule your posts.
You can click on the Pre-Published link in the left sidebar to see your scheduled posts. You can also edit the post or reschedule the time from the list of posts.
If you connected your Instagram account, you will see an Instagram icon at the top. Click this to schedule posts to your connected Instagram account(s).
