We do not share email or names of inquiries with any third parties. We do sell the names and email addresses of our clients to any third party entities.
Terms and Conditions
Effective September 1, 2020.
Our terms and conditions apply to all website and social media marketing contracts, proposals, and projects.
Terms apply to all website projects, new and ongoing.
Project payments will be offered in multiple installments, depending on the scope of the project.
Project payments can be paid in increments which is provided as a courtesy to our clients.
A “Good Faith Deposit” is required before we begin any website project. Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable (see Cancellation terms).
Final Payment is required prior to new website launch.
If the client suddenly cancels work on the project for any reason that has nothing to do with Abuzz Creative violating the project agreement, the deposit is non refundable.
If Abuzz Creative violates the project agreement for any reason, a deposit will be refunded.
For any project cancelled by the client, all deposits paid are retained by Abuzz Creative.
Once a deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.
No Monthly Fees
Abuzz Creative does not charge a monthly fee for website design or video production services.
Any additional updates needed will be billed at $80 an hour in 30-minute increments.
Our reliable web hosting service provides security features and protects site visitors and customers from cyber criminals and malicious attacks.
- Business & Ecommerce Plan: $200 per year
Proposal Privacy for Both Parties
Client will not share proposals provided by Abuzz Creative with a third party or competitor.
Abuzz Creative will not share any information about the client with a third party or competitor.
Content and Visuals
Photos, graphics, and videos designated for use on the website must be owned by the client, or rights for use have been purchased. We will not accept media that is copied from a third party website or blog.
Client will provide all text materials needed and all text must be owned by the client. We will not accept content that is copied from a third party website or blog.
- Email: Preferred method of communication is by business email so both parties will have record of all communication in writing.
- Text or Messenger: Abuzz Creative does not accept website updates and service requests by cell phone text or Facebook Messenger.
